We are now setting ourselves up to scale faster The Sales Ops Manager position is responsible for providing the sales teams with reliable and high-quality intelligence on every deal and also support sales forecasting, analysis, reporting functions in order to drive them in the right direction. This role directly reports to the top management and works closely with Regional Heads and Sales Managers at PAN India level. This role is responsible for directly enhancing the overall operating efficiency and excellence of the sales which would result in both top and bottom line growth of the company. Roles & Responsibilities: - Process Optimization - providing a simple and easy-to-follow sales process - Sales process development, adoption, and adherence - Enabling the sales team with intelligence at lead/opportunity level - Executing Sales Forecasting on a Q-o-Q & M-o-M basis - Owning reports and dashboards for Sales Organization - Enabling the Sales in improving the level of engagement in deals and helping any which way to accelerate the deals forward - Operates in a cooperative and collaborative spirit to achieve shared goals across multiple functions (Sales, SDR,Legal,Pre-sales, Marketing Team) - Ensuring CRM updates and availability for Sales teams - Supporting programs to improve sales productivity and efficiencies. Driving business process, workflow re-engineering, and productivity improvement initiatives - Understand Sales and Marketing KPI metrics to cover Lead to Order data of Sales opportunity lifecycle. - Build reporting dashboards and drive analysis to increase the performance visibility to the business owners. Synthesize complex data into easily understood and compelling management reports and performance dashboards - Providing the sales team with any necessary materials, tools and reports so they can hit the targets consistently. Skills Required: - Minimum 1-2 yr of experience of B2B SaaS Organisations only. - Experience in the role of Sales Ops/Sales Support is a must to have - Excellent communication skills, written, interpersonal and presentation skills - Proficient in CRM Administration, Process Automation & workflow management in CRM - Proficiency in data management/analytical tools including experience with: - Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, PPT & Google suite product - Experience withBA & BI Tools like R/Python & Tableau/PowerBI/Data Studio would be an added advantage - Achieve results through influence, persuasion & collaboration. - Attention for details and speed of execution with adherence to deadlines. - Affinity to analyzing numbers - Data oriented and exceptional attention to details - Ability to smartly interface with all levels of employees including Senior Executives & Top Management - Ability to work at a cross-functional level, manage multiple, concurrent projects and work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment - Ability to be accountable & responsible to any work assigned with extreme level of ownership - Willing and able to roll-up the sleeves to get things done, highly proactive and able to come up with new ideas and initiatives from time to time
