Role : Community Manager  Need, process & ownership :  Since Happay is growing day by day and hence the relationships which we are forming with our customers are more important than ever, it is very critical to focus especially on the influence/decision maker. CXO corner, a community of decision makers is serving that purpose and we need to develop that into a spring board for launching Happay way ahead of its trajectory.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities :  Strategy :   - Essentially the manager has to decide what communication is to be sent to the community at what point of time with what expected results.   - This plan is very essential as it will represent the core strategy for achieving growth and other objectives. This will also pave the way for the next step, which is content planning. Depending on that no. of interviews, no. of surveys, and no. of companies analyzed will be decided.  Content creation and planning :  Maintaining a content calendar will be an essential part of the job. This will track the complete content creation and delivery on one single platform. Content can be in the form of blogs, mini blogs, infographics, cartoon series, etc. Which form of content is optimal will be the manager's call.   Content creation will involve :  - Research  - Interviews  - Survey  - Blog writing  There is otherwise no restriction of what can be created, from a new web page to a customized event, the community manager will take charge.  Insight delivery :  - Through each interview/research, generating a range of insights helpful to different teams inside the company will again form a major part of the complete role  Engagements :  - Tracking the content reception through key metrics and planning to increase them with each cycle.  Growth planning :   - Responsibility for organic growth of the community will lie with the manager and targets will be given accordingly  Content Distribution :  - The content is currently being distributed through emails, tracking that and if assessing the requirement of other content delivery channels.  Reporting :  - Weekly reports will have to be maintained in order to monitor the progress made.  Skills required :  - Knack of writing  - Financial know how  - Inter-personal communication  - General marketing  Salary: Up to 7 LPA
