Roles and Responsibility : Responsibilities : - Set up Account Management team for FX for the assigned zone - Managing the entire show of Account Management and supporting clients by providing end to end solutions - Upselling and cross-selling to the existing clientele - Generate leads through various initiatives - Respond to queries from potential and existing customers, communicate Happay's value proposition and negotiate deals successfully - Understand client needs and address within defined TAT Eligibility : - Prior experience of managing an operations-heavy team - Prior account management experience - Easily collaborates with internal teams (marketing, product, design and operations) - Has strong interpersonal and communications skills&nbsp;
