Hansuttam Finance - Vice President/Head - Investment Banking

Hansuttam Finance Ltd. (www.hansuttam.com) is looking for a suitable candidate to head its Private Equity/Credit practice.

We are an investment bank based in Delhi having a strong execution track record with marquee international and domestic clients. We do private equity, traditional and structured financing, advisory on bidding, restructuring and acquisitions under the IBC and other special situations etc.

- As the role entails P&L responsibility, we are looking for a seasoned professional with over 12-15 years experience to join the team. Along with equity and debt placement, the candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity and having significant end-to-end transactional experience.

- Candidate should necessarily possess strong domain knowledge, have experience of having worked both on equity and credit side, IBC, and bank restructuring with strong knowledge of financial concepts, financial modeling, valuations and preparing pitch books and teasers.

The role offers a variable salary including profit share.
