What will you be doing? We're working on technology that allows business and engineering teams to come together and orchestrate complete feature lifecycle, from cross platform promotions to personalization efforts, in minutes, from a single dashboard. With this, we are attempting to break down the dependence on platforms and releases, multiple tools, internal systems and the bureaucracy that gets built over time. Our customers include some of the largest names in India, across travel, commerce and fin-tech spaces. Hansel-driven changes are already run on an average 90 Million+ unique devices every month. You'll be responsible for the following: A. Business and Product reviews. Collect information across departments, collate, and action strategic discussions, and drive changes from the relevant stakeholders. B. Business pipeline management - Help manage customers across all stages in the pipeline. Work closely with the sales, customer experience and product teams to drive changes and ensure continuity in pipeline movement. C. Strategic inputs wrt market, competition, products etc. through regular presentations. Must have: 1. Basic smarts with a flair for data analysis 2. Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail 3. A self-starter, must have the ability to derive structure from unstructured problem statements. 4. 1-2 years of work experience at startups / data analytics companies preferable. Who are we?
