Head of business development and sales, will be responsible for establishing a robust sales planning, delivery processes & mechanisms. He/she will ensure require resources & capabilities are in place. They will set direct for development of full time business for new sectors, services, channels. A Business Development Head works to improve an organization's market position and achieve financial growth through market & business proportion initiatress. The role will require collaborative working within and outside organization, bring in energy, direction and inspiration to the team and the entire organization.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
1. Business Generation: Business development / Revenue generation for AMC Business in the current sector
2. New Sector: Identify new sectors and develop and execute new business
3. System and Process: Conceptualize, develop and execute systems and process, i.e working norms, sales kit, review
mechanism, sales training, market intelligence, competitive analysis etc.
4. Strategic Business Direction: Marketing, Strategic business direction, Brand building, Business promotion
5. Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with core team and internal stake holders for develop and implement standard operating procedure
Work Experience & Skills :
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in sales with minimum 5 years in senior human management position
- Strong preference for experience in service industry like hospitality, health care, after sales service
- Strategic and conceptual ability
- Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive approach
- System / process development and driving implementation.
- Strong analytical abilities with an eye for details / planning capability
- Having strong customer centric approach - Demonstrated success in building trust and maintaining long-term relationships with team and client.
