Halftick - Analyst/Trader - Indian Markets

Responsibilities

- Identify, Research and Develop new strategies and ideas

- Utilize strong risk management skills to maximize returns for the firm

- Be informed of new development/compliance of Indian markets

- Optimization of performance of existing strategies

- Analysis of trading performance and development of new logic to improve trading performance.

Skills & Qualification

- A strong & verifiable track record of trading in Indian markets

- Strong analytical and statistical ability

- Hardworking, disciplined, entrepreneurial and high on emotional intelligence

- Ability to work under stressful conditions

- Team handling skills

- A Graduate or equivalent degree is preferred

Experience

- Experience between 1-6 years in Indian markets either as a Trader or Analyst

- Equity/FX /commodities, cash & derivatives F/O

- Algorithmic /Discretionary trading

Salary offered: 7 - 10 LPA
