Job Description

- Development, back testing, optimization of quantitative models

- Performance attribution of live portfolios

- Development of various kinds of Algo trading strategies

- Collaborate with coworkers to align implementation of feature/functionality to release business objectives

Skills & Qualification

- Strong analytical and statistical ability

- Hardworking, disciplined, entrepreneurial and high on emotional intelligence

- Ability to take ownership of projects and lead the discussion with business on requirements and design.

- Graduate degree in statistics, Finance, mathematics, CS or other quantitative or computational disciplines

- Good written and oral communication skills.

Experience

- Should have 1-5 years of work experience and successful track record in quantitative analysis preferably in the capital markets domain.

- Experience in interacting with technology teams and programming

- Experience in using some or all of the following packages: PYTHON, SAS, MATLAB,

- Strong experience working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
