Our Haleon Global Capability Centre (GCC), located in- Bengaluru, India- is rapidly expanding with exciting- new positions being created in multiple functions.-

We are building Transition Management capability in the GCC to cater to growing demand of transitioning processes / roles into the 4 Haleon hub locations - GCC Bangalore, Costa Rica, Poland, and Kuala Lumpur.This is a global cross-functional role with immense opportunities for continued growth and learning, you certainly won't stand still. Why you in this role?

- You'll be part of the Global Transformation & Delivery organisation, reporting into the Transformation and Delivery Lead working in close collaboration and partnership with multiple stakeholders across the board to enable delivery of the Haleon strategic roadmap.

- You'll enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced, problem-solving environment that requires you to think and act quickly to address strategic and day-to-day business priorities.

- You'll be empowered and accountable to lead and deliver transitions end - end spanning multiple Haleon functions, business units globally.

Your Role : The Global Transformation & Delivery function has oversight and end to end delivery accountability for a wide portfolio of transformation programs and projects spanning Operating Model, Process and Enterprise level transformation. Your role therefore is pivotal to front-ending and delivering the Operating Model transformation road map for Haleon.

You will own and drive :

Transition Scoping and planning:

- Lead discovery workshops to define the transition scope - As Is Organization, To Be Organization.

- Lead planning workshops to define the transition timelines - End to End transition plan / roadmap.

- Work closely with the Change and Communications Lead to ensure an effective communication strategy / plan to colleagues, stakeholders impacted by the transformation.

- Business Case: Lead business case preparation / approval through close collaboration with Executive Leadership and Function Finance partners.

Detailed Design / Solutioning Knowledge Transfer (KT) planning:

- Lead design workshops to clearly document activities to be transitioned to hubs - clarity on volumes, FTE # etc. as a feed to knowledge transfer planning.

- Lead KT planning workshops to ensure there is clarity on new joiner onboarding, training and mentoring while standing up the new team for operational success.

Governance:

- Lead and deliver transitions in line with the Haleon Hubs transition methodology (Toll Gates).

- Lead working groups to report out on transition health to Executive Leadership. Develop and lead mitigation responses for execution risks that can hamper delivery.

Recruitment, Onboarding, Knowledge Transfer (KT):

- Triage demand / incoming scope into Hub Talent Acquisition and oversee recruitment.

- Ensure a smooth function onboarding for new joiners through a well-defined onboarding plan clarifying next steps from an access provisioning as well as role training perspective.

- Deliver the KT plan and monitor / manage new team performance through weekly assessments.

Stakeholder Management: Build trust and partnership with key stakeholders impacted by the change across both sending and receiving teams through alignment briefings as the transition progresses.

Third Party Management: Manage Haleon Operation Centre (BPO) partners as applicable.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 15 years demonstrated experience of transitioning processes from local markets to Shared Services Captives, Outsourcing partners etc.

- Transition management experience across multiple functions (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Tech etc.) in a Consumer goods company is a plus, but not mandatory

- Demonstrated proficiency in project, program, portfolio management processes and principles

- Demonstrated experience delivering projects through both Agile and waterfall approach is desirable.

- Demonstrated resilience in navigating through complex and ambiguous change.

- Excellent interpersonal (communication and presentation) and organizational skills

- Hands on experience on PM tools - Example MS Project, MS P4W, Jira, Confluence, Teams

- Certifications - PMP, Prince 2
