About the role:

Finance Partner to the D&T team managing Digital & Tech Programmes & projects, ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting and delivery of savings.

In this role your key responsibilities will be:

Haleon Tech Finance lead for Business recharge models, partnering with Business contacts to ensure accurate reporting of spend by Business area.

Minimum Education:

- Finance or business university degree with expert knowledge in the Finance discipline with IT background

- Produce monthly reporting packs, according to prescribed month-end timelines.

- Partner and challenge project teams to produce realistic forecasts, both in terms of spend and phasing. Provide guidance on accounting policy and ensure all reporting is up to date and aligned to those policies.

- Engage with Local Finance Teams, Tax, Transfer Pricing teams as may be necessary to resolve any challenges that may require specific expertise and drive any such challenges to solution.

- Build collaborative and trusted working relationships within key stakeholders in the function and across finance that ensure successful finance partnering. Good people skills demonstrated by creation of a network of key partners within Finance and the business.

- Complete other ad-hoc or transformational projects as required.

Minimum Education:

- Finance or business university degree with expert knowledge in the Finance discipline with IT background

Minimum Experience:

- Experience in finance business partnering with non-finance business stakeholders.

- Experience of financial analysis, forecasting, planning and decision-making support

- Strong IT skills and ability to work with a range of financial systems in order to drive change.

- Experience leading and working in cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to think strategically to effectively partner non-finance stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to influence senior business stakeholders and to build collaborative relationships across the business.

- Ability to identify and drive change and continuous improvement through strong business partnering.
