Job Description:

- Building a strong distribution network through dealers and distributers for achieving greater market reach and penetration.

- Communicating with dealers and customers for improving and developing business relationships, in-addition to maintaining constant follow-up on their feedback.

- Identifying resource requirements & assigning responsibilities to the sales team while ensuring effective coordination amongst all.

- Reviewing entire inventory lists on a daily basis for keeping track of inventory flow which assists in better planning for sales.

- Accomplishing and exceeding volume and profit goals by nurturing partnerships with existing and new vendors.

- Training new members of the sales force; monitoring performance of different sales personnel and comparing to the month's objectives

- Planning, formulating & implementing marketing strategies and promotions for increasing market penetration and driving revenue and profitability by maximizing sales

- Providing consistent partner management for ensuring partners develop their sales, pre-sales & delivery capabilities in-line with the designed strategy

- Exploring potential business avenues & managing marketing & sales operations for achieving the business targets; initiating market development efforts & increasing business growth

- Formulating & implementing business plan for the branch & region for target & goal setting, product planning, marketing budget, P&L functions, KPI- s, new business development.

- Interact with mktg. communication team & decide plan for product launch (in terms of communication, media, event / placement of product).

Candidate Requirements:

Qualification(s) :

BBA/ MBA/Bachelors/ Master's degree in any Engineering stream OR Equivalent.

Expertise / Exposure(s)

1.Must have strong communication channels with dealers & distributors, preferably who deals in Air Purifier.

2. Must identify the problem areas having financial impact and solutions to the management.

3. Should be able to guide the team in problem resolution
