Job Description:

Client Relations:

- Establish and maintain good relationships with clients through regular telephone contact and reviewing our service to ensure a quality service is provided at all times.

- Develop a detailed knowledge of the nature and culture of all clients businesses

- Effective co-ordination with client on scheduling & updates

- Generate client information

- Produce individual client strategies

Candidate Relations:

- Sourcing and Screening the Candidates as per client requirements.

- Developing and managing Candidate pool

- Attracting new candidates via networking, internal database, job portals, references, Headhunting & campus.

- Maintaining call cycles for selected pool of candidates

- Maintaining relationships with both sourced and placed Candidates

- Candidate Management during recruitment process and after selection.

Market Intelligence:

- Sound knowledge of recruitment industry and hiring trends

- Correlate hiring plans with workforce plans to ensure hiring needs are met with quality hires in a timely and cost effective manner

- Demonstrated ability to drive results (reliable, proactive, able to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment)

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Excellent relationship building skills

- Target driven

- Excellent people management and development skill.

- Prioritize effectively under pressure

- Good in organizing and planning
