Roles and responsibilities will be (but not limited to):

- Ensuring end to end success of Bi-annual appraisals - in line with the existing framework.

- Providing all the new joiners with a delightful onboarding experience - in line with the existing format.

- Providing continuous support to all the teams with respect to their needs and enabling each team to perform at their optimum capacity.

- Design and lead initiatives in relation to employee engagement and wellness.

- Suggest improvements in the existing PMS and Onboarding Program to suit the changing business needs.

- Partner with the business to identify and address performance concerns on a continuous basis.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Strong hands-on HR generalist experience and understanding or appreciation of the startup culture

- Be a people person and pride yourself on your ability to communicate effectively across all levels of business

- Oodles of passion, drive and energy to match that of the team!

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements/processes

- Possess the ability to influence people and be focused towards employee satisfaction

- Tech degree with an M.B.A in HR will be an added bonus
