Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage all the mediums - paid, earned and owned to build continuous lead funnel and content distribution plan aimed at driving acquisition and engagement.

- Responsible for monthly acquisition targets for talent assessment & innovation management software

- Deliver lead generation campaigns for India, US & other international geographies

- Come up with interesting insights to create a pipeline of marketing campaigns for both the products

- Build a quarterly roadmap of marketing content.

- Collaborate and work closely with Sales and Product team to ensure marketing objectives are met.

- Liase with PR team to ensure coverage for HackerEarth products across India, US, and other key geographies

- Strategize and execute offline events on talent assessment and innovation

- Plan, monitor, maintain & report monthly marketing budgets

- Ensure all marketing communications are in line with the business & brand guidelines

- Keep a close watch on competition. Share best practices with the team

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Hands-on knowledge of marketing channels to amplify & distribute content and run paid marketing

- Experience in generating leads for B2B products (SaaS & Enterprise)

- Should have run campaigns supporting multiple channels

- Should be creative and out of box thinker

- Should have outstanding Communication Skills

- Unmatched enthusiasm to keep up with the rest of our team
