We- re seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive engagement and acquisition with our developer community. This role will own all social media campaigns, paid campaigns and lead acquisition programs for our community. Roles and Responsibilities: - Drive acquisition and engagement with the developer community of HackerEarth - Work closely with ops and sales team to plan GTM for hackathons across the globe - Conceptualize, ideate, and deliver brand campaigns for HackerEarth - Build HackerEarth as a brand for innovators - Partner with organizers to conduct social hackathons in India & US - Responsible for posting content on all the social media channels for organic/non-paid activities. - Build brand HackerEarth effectively using social channels - Work closely with marketing team member to ensure the calendar of activities is in sync - Ensure Social media posts (FB, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, etc) are in line with the business & brand guidelines - Keep a close watch on competition on social media channels. - Share reports/insights on the channel performance with the respective category owners - Responsible for Online Reputation Management(ORM) for the brand. - To be successful in this role, you will have: - At least 3 years- experience in paid and social campaigns - Experience in driving campaign in US market is a plus - Experience in building community would be preferred - Experience handling FaceBook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram - Outstanding Communication Skills - Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders - Unmatched enthusiasm to keep up with the rest of the team - If you- re looking for an outstanding opportunity that you can really make your own, we would love to hear from you.
