This is a fantastic career defining opportunity for a driven professional who enjoys a role filled with variety, challenges, depth and autonomy.  Roles and Responsibilities:  - Own all the product & customer communication touch points.  - Understand, assist and develop incisive communication to support full life cycle of the customer journey at HackerEarth  - Drive thought leadership for HackerEarth SaaS products Sprint & Recruit.  - Ideate and share insightful product value proposition to support marketing lead generation  - Build a portfolio of brand collaterals to enable and drive business with leaflets, brochures, marketing & sales presentation, cheat sheet, battle cards, etc  - Support Sales with impactful tools and insightful presentations  - Drive initiatives to cross-sell, upsell & retain customers. Drive campaigns to reduce churn  - Initiate and lead all marketing initiatives which are customer centered and product focused  - Ensure all communications are in line with the business & brand guidelines  - Keep close watch on competition.
