What you'll do:
- Drive product requirements definition. Understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional requirements, supporting documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work with product managers, business team and other stakeholders to define scope, cost estimates and timelines for existing product enhancements and new product development
- Work with the quality assurance team to ensure that delivered system is properly tested and meets the product requirements
- Conduct in-depth analysis to continually improve products while closely tracking competition, industry trends and regulatory changes
- Conduct user research, design and analyze A/B tests to drive KPI improvements
- Work closely with cross functional teams to extract meaningful insights using multiple data sources
- Present insights and recommendations to product leadership using high quality visualizations and messaging
- Collaborate with UX and engineering teams to design product components
- Partner with the support organization to provide training, support and technical assistance to operation team and end users
Who we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering. MBAs with Technical Background preferred
- 3+ years of relevant work experience - Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Management or Technical Analyst profile
- Demonstrated success in transforming customer needs into working software
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
- Deep healthcare business knowledge or experience with solutions in community/ social media space is preferred
- Strong understanding of the most recent trends around consumer mobile app usage and adoption; Experience building successful mobile products is highly desired
