5. Automate Customer Journeys: Implement journey automation strategies across CRM channels for streamlined interactions and improved engagement.
6. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Monitor CRM and retention marketing trends to optimize strategies and tactics.
Campaign Performance Analysis
1. Assess Campaign Effectiveness: Analyze campaign performance metrics (email, conversion, retention rates) to evaluate ROI.
2. Conduct Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track key metrics, generating reports and insights for stakeholders.
3. Develop Best Practices: Create best practices for email, SMS, and other CRM channels to share with relevant stakeholders.
