Manager- Client Servicing
Key Result Areas:
1. He/ she will be responsible for the end-end servicing for the key accounts like getting the brief, executing it with the help of the other client-facing teams, & will be responsible for doing upselling and cross-selling.
2. Maintain a regular visitation program with our client base with appropriate levels of focus on the various grades of clients within the allocated base.
3. Will work closely with the internal teams
4. Maintain all relevant details about our clients, including scheduled visits and copies of agreed plans and other tasks.
Skill Set Required:1. Should have prior experience in Client-Facing ( face-to-face meetings)
2. Should have working knowledge of excel such as VLOOKUP, HLOOK, Pivot Table, and summarising or merging the data from one excel sheet to another to generate the report in excel
3. Should have good experience in making and presenting presentations
4. Should have management 1 large account or 3-4 small accounts
5. Should have experience in cross-selling/upselling to existing clients
6. Knowledge of API integration will be an add-on advantage
