Gutenberg Communications - Manager - Public Relations

Salary Range: 9 - 12 LPA

The Account Manager, client servicing would be responsible for managing multiple client account team(s) in the development and execution of the client's Public Relations (PR) strategy and plan. This would be for the current Finance and Entertainment Services clientele. The account manager would be:

1. Responsible for performing or supervising all the tasks related to execution of the client's PR plan and ensuring that all client outcomes are delivered in keeping with the company standards of quality, timeliness and professionalism

2. Accountable for client satisfaction and must ensure any issues or conflicts or complex situations are immediately brought to the attention of senior management

3. Responsible for ensuring all client servicing resources have the knowledge and information required to service the client and ensure any development/training needs and performance feedback are brought to the attention of their direct managers

4. Required to have good media relationships across all media and to leverage these relationships in servicing their clients.

The position is not solely about performing and managing the above activities, but involves certain additional responsibilities:

1. Ensures best-practice development and knowledge sharing across the organization.

2. Guides and reviews work of junior staff.

3. Conducts office or company-wide briefings on media or business trends or specific case studies.

4. Leads or supports new business development efforts and any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

1. Master's degree preferably in Public Relations/Communications/Media/Marketing

2. 4-7 years of PR related experience
