Job Description:-

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Gupshup's product portfolio

- Develop and own the product roadmap basis deep expertise in the market including current and upcoming market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs

- Report on business and operational performance of the product on a weekly basis

- Excellent cross-functional leadership skills across development, quality assurance, sales and product marketing to ensure product success

- Strong technical acumen and understanding of cloud based technologies

- Ability to assess customer requirements, market trends and competitive landscape to develop the product vision and roadmap

- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work on multiple products at a time with effective prioritization

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and an interest in the B2B SaaS space
