Role: Media Sales You'll gain hands-on experience working on challenging, meaningful projects with guidance from a mentor and other members of our team. Ideal Candidate for the role should have the following suitable qualities: - Identify and secure potential clients in the M&amp;E and D2C space by calling, e-mailing or direct meetings. - Work end to end to understand client briefs, work internally with the product and engineering team to deliver appropriate solutions in the requisite timelines. - Build enduring relationships and display an understanding of the client industry, business environment and strategy to identify current and future opportunities for Gupshup - Effectively articulate how Gupshup can add value through our services and solutions - Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business and become the reliable point of contact for clients that is required to establish a strong business relationship. - Ability to grasp complex products and their communication. - Drive to achieve revenue and margin targets and exploit opportunities, whilst displaying notable client service orientation. - Success will require both individual ownership as well as accountability for coordinating internal and external resources in order to close sales opportunities. Academic Qualifications And Certifications - Relevant Degree or Advanced Diploma - Post-graduate qualification would be advantageous Required Experience - Proven experience in a sales environment and/or customer service role with media and entertainment clients. - Proven sales and client engagement experience coupled with a good understanding of business, branding and technology market - An understanding of the current cultural trends, ability to hold lateral conversations, and able to explain complex topics in easy-to-understand terms. - Demonstrable experience working as part of a sales team in a fast-paced environment Salary offered: 7-14LPA
