Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for the delivery, development, and execution of demand generation programs that enable GS Partners to identify new sales opportunities, generate qualified pipelines, and drive Workiva revenue in International Business. What You'll Do - Define partner marketing charter, engagement models, execution plans, and instill best practices to build a cohesive partner marketing organization. - Establish strategic marketing programs to position us for long-term success within the key partner ecosystem, while ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and partner GTM priorities. Support sell to sell with initiatives along with our alliances team - Build Partner marketing digital operations' strategy (social, events, campaigns) to connect programs to lead management systems and maximize data capture across GS marketing systems. - Ensure mutual plans are created with all top Partners across regions, and work cross- functionally and through Partners for flawless execution. - Manage partner marketing budget, including allocation by key partners, services, and geos while ensuring high ROI. - Key contributor to ongoing deals (existing accounts + new business). Dedicated to continuous team improvement, building effective partner onboarding programs, monitoring performance. - Planning and executing thought leadership initiatives for regions that showcases the capabilities and expertise across lines of business, industries, and markets. - Innovate and develop original, insightful, and differentiated thinking along with Industry groups supporting the execution of our account-based marketing programs. - Lead content process for leadership branding programs. Identify themes, socialize, and agree content pipeline, and take to market through multiple platforms. - Lead Partner Marketing planning and Quarterly Business Review cadence sessions with regions and global teams. Provide templates and data to support discussions, proactively schedule sessions for the year. What You'll Need - Ability to target clients and segments, create and curate relevant content and build robust plans. - 10+ years IT Products and/or services partner marketing experience Startups will be preferred. - Customer centric and experience driven approach to marketing - Experience building multi-channel integrated marketing programs including, website and digital assets, paid media, events, sales enablement and others. - Strong presentation skills. - Strong ability to influence at all levels, internally and externally. - Metrics mindset with data and analytics skills. - Extensive B2B Tech marketing experience, with a focus on partner marketing. - Experience in creating marketing campaigns aligned to business targets, supported clearly by joint value propositions.
