Guitcom - Team Lead - Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Role:

- Opportunities to lead a team on multiple challenging client assignments across varied sectors and geographies.

- Role is a role is a mix of Planning & Analysis, Management accounting and Financial reporting including Budgeting and Forecasting

- Perform detailed profitability analysis, segment reporting, utilization analysis, complex financial statements

- Preparation of GAAP-compliant financial statements for different geographies, multi-currency and multi-entity reporting

- Provide audit support for various geographies

- Front end client interactions

- Prepare and presentation decks for board meetings, management review meetings, etc

Skills/competencies required:

- Experience in accounting concepts, accounting platforms and GAAP (IFRS/ IND AS/ US GAAP)

- Strong analytical skills

- Knowledge of analytical tools and techniques and consolidation tools would be an added advantage

- Experience in leading Assurance/ FP&A/ management reporting projects

- Scheduling and project management skills

- Experience in preparing management presentation decks and dashboards would be an added advantage

- Candidates must be very agile and quality-focused in their work approach

- Candidates willing to shift from Assurance to FP&A vertical can apply.
