We are looking for a highly energetic Chartered Accountant with minimum of 9-10 years post-qualification experience, including a managerial role in core finance & accounting in a corporate with multiple locations. Skills required: - Must have prior experience in a corporate finance role in the specific areas listed below - - Finance processes - Management Reporting - Compliance management - Cost control - Budgeting - Must have experience with people management and handling relationships at all the following levels - - Should have led a finance & accounting team - Confidence in dealing with Senior Management - Strong peer-to-peer relationships within the organisation - Liaison with external parties - Experience with a large or one of the Big 4 accounting firms in prior roles would be valued - Healthcare experience preferred but not essential. - A go-getter approach coupled with diplomacy in dealing with people at various levels Brief outline of the job: - Oversee and direct a finance team for a specialty hospital chain across the corporate hub and multiple units - Responsible for management reporting, investor reporting, external reporting activities - Responsible for audit, compliance and all external finance touchpoints - Responsible for measuring and controlling financial performance through cost control and budgetary alignment - Responsible for overall efficient and streamlined operation of the F&A function as a whole
