Sr Associate - TAS

We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic qualified' s to be part of the Transaction Advisory Team for a USA based consulting firm located in Bangalore.

Job role :

- Performing financial due diligence on middle-market companies in a variety of industries.

- Working alongside private equity firms, strategic clients and investment banks to perform buy-side and sell-side due diligence as well as other M&A activities

- Engagement coordination with on-site teams

Requirements & Skills :

- Experience working in Statutory audits for Indian corporates both private and public with strong financial accounting background

- Candidates should have handled and interacted with senior management and clients

- Strong motivation to meet client deadlines and provide excellent client service

- Proven experience in handling multiple client engagements simultaneously and learning new business quickly

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills mandatory

- Candidates from assurance background willing to shift to TAS can also apply
