Sr Associate - HR & TA
We are a niche Financial Consulting company looking for a dynamic HR professional to support all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. The candidate will support business needs and ensure proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
Educational qualification : PGDM/MBA in HR from well recognized college
Experience : Minimum 2 years of HR Generalist / HR operations required
Skills Required :
- Proven track record as a HR Generalist
- Should have independently handled onboarding and exit process, training and development, performance review, employee engagement activities etc
- Experience in executing the entire workflow of recruitment
- Excellent soft skills and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Should be process oriented and data driven
- Ability to prioritize and manage time
- Build relationships across all levels
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Adaptability and flexibility - willing to work on a variety of projects and perform in multiple roles
Job Responsibilities :
The role provides an enormous amount of opportunity to grow. It shall be a mix of HR operational and Talent Acquisition activities, with responsibility for the following areas (indicative but not exhaustive) :

- Policy and process - assist in devising, independently implement and document
- HR Document Management
- Onboarding & Exit Process
- Learning & Development
- Performance Appraisal
- Custody and oversight of data relating to employees
- All other Employee Lifecycle Activities and Related Tasks
- Vendor management
- Talent Management - Sourcing, Acquisition and Retention
- All other Employee Lifecycle Activities and Related Tasks
