Guitcom - Senior Analyst - M&A

Exp: 4 -5 years of Analyst experience in M&A field

Role and Responsibilities:

- Analyze the industry trends, identify and recommend firms/services/technologies that can meet the company's objectives

- Assist in market research to identify potential acquisition / mergers

- Prepare financial models

- Support due diligence efforts

- Manage data room

- Prepare acquisition presentation

- Assist with valuation and deal structuring

- Coordinate the pre-transaction diligence efforts

- Work with all cross-functional groups within the company from signing the term sheet to integration and post-close synergies

Desired skills

- Minimum 4 years of experience in M&A field, such as investment banking, private equity, or corporate development office

- Excellent consulting skills - analytical, written and verbal communication, client presence, facilitation and presentation skills

- Business development experience

- Knowledge of Pitchbook, Capital IQ research tools

- Experience creating and analyzing M&A processes for a wide variety of transactions

- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels in the organization

- Demonstrated analytical skills, fluency in performing rigorous financial, valuation and other quantitative analyses
