Guitcom - Manager - US Assurance & Audit - Offshore Delivery

- CA with at least five years experience in statutory audit and other assurance services.

- Candidates must be self-driven, confident and articulate, and must have the potential to manage delivery teams.

- High integrity and very strong core domain skills are non-negotiable.

Candidate's prior experience would be expected to cover the following aspects -

- Should have handled statutory and tax audit assignments with mid-size or large CA firms

- Expert knowledge of auditing and accounting standards

- Assurance experience spanning varied industry segments

- Familiarity with technology tools for audits and workflow and document management

- Working to timelines and assignment budgets

- Polished communication and presentation skills

- Process-oriented approach to audits

- Should have led or been a key contributor to large teams in closing complex audits

Specific experience in cross-border audits or offshore audits and working knowledge of US GAAP and US Audit Standards would be highly valued.
