We are currently looking for Managerial candidates to be part of the key pilot team Transaction Services Manager (3 Vacancies) Chartered Accountant/CPA with a minimum of 4-5 years post qualification experience, including a role in M&A or Transaction Advisory at a large firm Job Role - Performing financial due diligence on middle-market companies in a variety of industries - Working alongside private equity firms, strategic clients and investment banks to perform buy-side and sell-side due diligence as well as other M&amp;A activities - Engagement coordination with on-site teams - Training and managing junior staff - Coordinating services as needed with other practice areas of the firm Requirement and Skills - CA/CPS with 4-6 years post qualification experience in Financial Due Diligence. - Should have handled a role in M&amp;A or Transaction Advisory at a large CA firm - Familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS - Advanced excel analysis experience and skills - Excellent written and verbal communication. Experience with preparing presentations and writing reports - Exposure to multiple industry sectors - Experience in dealing with senior management - Should have led a team of direct reports
