Finance Manager

For a leading aerospace / manufacturing company, we are seeking senior managerial candidates who will handle the below responsibilities:

Job role:

- Timely check of bill entries in SAP

- Prepare documents for all audit and statutory compliance

- Maintain records in accordance with the accepted auditing standards

- Responsible for vouching of Receipt and payment, Income and expenditure

- Establishing, maintaining and coordinating the implementation of accounting control procedures

- Co-ordination with bank and preparing of stock statements and CMA for bank submission

- Support Internal audit, statutory audit and filing of statutory returns

- Able to supervise and manage the junior team

- GST and other statutory compliances.

- Month end accounts closure activities.

- Weekly reporting of cash flow, branch reconciliation etc

- Monthly MIS reporting of financial statements

- Consolidation of inter branch accounts and reconciliation

- DS payment and returns filing

- GSTR1, GSTR3B & GST annual return

- Handling the department independent

- EDPMS & IDPMS Regularization

- EDPMS & IDPMS Regularization

- Prepare financial statements and consolidation

- Responsible for preparing the MIS after month end closing
