Key job functions -

- Oversee and direct the finance team

- Responsible for management reporting, investor reporting, external reporting activities

- Responsible for audit, compliance and all external finance touchpoints

- Responsible for measuring and controlling financial performance through cost control and budgetary alignment

- Responsible for overall efficient and streamlined operation of the finance & accounts function as a whole

Must have prior experience in a finance role in the following areas -

- Finance processes

- Management Reporting

- Compliance management

- Cost control

- Budgeting

Must have a go-getter attitude and experience with people management and handling relationships at various levels -

- Should have led a finance & accounting team

- Confidence in dealing with Senior Management

- Strong peer-to-peer relationships within the organization

- Liaison with external parties

Experience with a large or one of the Big 4 accounting firms in prior roles would be valued
