Guitcom - Finance Controller - Tech StartUp

Role Details:

- Formulate, develop and deliver the company's overall financial strategy.

- Work closely with the external investors

- Managing End to end Cash Flows, Budgets and Variances

- MIS and Reporting

- Manage corporate taxes

- Drive fundraising strategy

- Develop and lead the annual forecast and budgeting process

- Manage legal matters with an in-house and external legal team, compliance and ensure great corporate governance

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements to management, investors and other stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

- 8+ Years of experience with exposure to EdTech Start Up with at least 5-6 years in a leadership role at a large tech start-up

- Ability to understand business drivers is critical

- Must be ambitious, a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
