Role Details

The role offers opportunities to lead a team on multiple challenging client assignments across varied sectors and geographies. It is a mix of Planning & Analysis, Management accounting and Financial reporting, indicatively including the tasks below.

- Forecasting, business plans, budgeting

- Detailed profitability analysis, segment reporting, utilization analysis, business plans, complex financial statements

- GAAP-compliant financial statements for different geographies, multi-currency and multi-entity reporting

- Audit support in various geographies

- Front ending client interactions

- Preparation of analyses and presentation decks for board meetings, management review meetings, etc

Skills/competencies required

- Expertise in accounting concepts, accounting platforms and GAAP (IFRS/ IND AS/ US GAAP)

- Familiarity and experience with advanced management accounting tools and techniques

- Expert knowledge on Excel financial modelling techniques and standard practices

- Strong analytical skills

- Knowledge of analytical tools and techniques and consolidation tools would be an added advantage

- Certification courses in Analytics/ GAAP would be an added consideration

- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing and leading FP&A/ management reporting projects with a team

- Experience in preparing management presentation decks and dashboards would be an added advantage

- Candidates must be very agile and quality-focused in their work approach and must be willing to be very hands-on with delivery alongside the team

- Candidates based out of Bangalore / Willing to re-locate to Bangalore immediately preferred.
