Job Description :

We are looking to engage with enthusiastic, self-motivated candidates for the role of Assistant Manager to handle the below responsibilities.

- The role is a mix of management accounting and financial reporting & analysis.

- It would not be restricted to a single client but would offer opportunities to engage actively on multiple challenging client assignments.

- Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Financial statement including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP or IFRS maintaining the highest quality, reliability, and accuracy.

- Provide audit support for multiple geographies.

- Finalize the monthly book closing, preparation of MIS reports.

- Manage monthly closing process and review monthly P&L and Balance Sheet.

- Perform detailed financial analysis and cash flow modelling of the business units.

- Assist in budgeting & forecasting related activities.

Skills required :

- Strong background in accounting concepts and skills with a focus on financial reporting

- Familiarity and experience with management accounting, including costing concepts

- Familiarity with accounting standards; IFRS/ US-GAAP experience is a plus

- Some exposure to complex MIS reporting (segment reporting, group consolidations)

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Experience interacting with senior management personnel / clients in India and overseas

- Very strong technology skills (ERP exposure, In-depth Excel skills, ability to quickly learn and implement new tools)

- Should be very agile and quality-focused in their work approach.

- Ability to excel under high - pressure situations while efficiently handling multiple assignments

- Candidates from Assurance background willing to shift to Finance vertical can also
