Guitcom - Analyst - Investment Banking - CA/CFA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Responsibilities :

- Work on a team that handles end-to-end tasks on funding and M&A deals for corporate clients.

- Perform financial analysis and financial modeling, building complex business models, comparative data and supporting analyses

- Prepare transaction marketing materials, including pitch books, teasers, confidential information memorandums, and management presentations

- Support in coordinating the due diligence and documentation process, towards deal closure

Skill requirements :

- CA, CFA, Top-tier MBA (only Top 10)

- Very strong quantitative and analytical skills

- Superior organizational and time management skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, problem solving, interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Demonstrated maturity, integrity, and the ability to perform in an entrepreneurial environment, both individually and as a team player

- Strong technical capabilities or experience in working with a variety of benchmarking and analytics tools / applications
