This hiring is for our client - - Growth: Focus on growing the Guidewire business, opening new business opportunities and expand Wipro's client positioning - Solutions: Identifying & defining differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within the Guidewire space - Team Management: Manage a diverse team of geographically distributed consulting professionals across different experience levels, including their goals & objectives, mentoring, career planning etc. - Competency: Defining & supporting a strong competency/capability-building strategy. - Client Management : Creating a strong Wipro Positioning - increasing Wipro's mindshare with Guidewire clients especially focused on data and analytics space Experience - Strong background in Consulting / Advisory with majority of experience in architecting Guidewire DataHub, Infocenter, CDA solutions - You must have strong analytical skills to build data mapping from Guidewire Claims/Policy Data model to legacy systems - Demonstrable working experience with policy, claims, billing and Guidewire data model strongly preferred. - Strong experience in designing, developing and maintaining ETL data integration process with the Data Layer - Expert knowledge in data mapping, modelling, lineage, governance and management. - Experience of advising clients on Guidewire Data transformations, resolving critical challenges, providing thought leadership and using Consultative approach to influence senior client leadership - Ideally you will be able to demonstrate at least 2 complex implementations across multiple Guidewire suites - Policy, Billing, Claims, Digital Portals with focused experience on Datahub, Infocenter, CDA, Reporting, Analytics - Proven track record of starting a new initiative from scratch and progressively creating buy-in with client senior management to expand small team size into a large teams - Ability to lead Guidewire sales pitches, solution creations, estimations and define tools / frameworks to enable a repeatable approach for Guidewire platform delivery from Guidewire Data Solutions perspective - Good experience and understanding of the Insurance value chain - Policy, Billing, Claims, Digital Sales & Distribution, Underwriting - Experience in interacting at VP level or at the "Head of" function level and demonstrated ability to influence client business and architecture leadership teams - Ability to collaborate with Wipro leadership, Sales Teams, Service lines and partners to develop accelerators, value propositions, joint solution constructs and implement them at key clients - Highly proficient in Guidewire - Significant experience in Data Modernization including Cloud Dataware experience with experience of having advised teams on - Moving Guidewire to cloud / architecting cloud based data solutions - Data Advisory, Data Migrations - BI / Analytics, Reporting frameworks in conjunction with Guidewire platform - Guidewire certification, especially Datahub / Infocenter Certification is desired
