Guardians - Assistant Manager - CRM (5-8 yrs)
Position reports to : Manager - CRM
- Ensure timelines, completion, comprehensiveness and accuracy of all documentation pertaining to clients booking form during sale.
- Ensure all required signatures of client, CPs & Sales person on Booking form along with KYC is done.
- Co ordinate with sales team on daily basis for booking/sale related information.
- Co ordinate with MIS team for booking summary & resolve discrepancy if any.
- Co ordinate with Developers team for clients Booking, cancellation &Registration.
- Co ordinate with Developers team for CP bills and their payment release.
- Communicate with CPs for CP bills and for any related requirements/work.
- Ensuring CPs have RERA certificate attached to bills while submitting.
- Reconciliation with Developers team for any payment related discrepancy.
- Regular communication with Developers team to resolve client issues if any.
- Frequently Visiting Developers office for smooth process.
- Keeping records of items handing over to developers team.
- Maintain proper records of all internal documents.
