GTMDialogues is a community focused on sharing knowledge and resources on GTM aspects of SaaS businesses. Its focus towards GTM and inviting high quality of speakers and content, makes it a very unique community. The community started its activities at Pune and after establishing itself as the largest SaaS community at Pune, it has now started expanding activities in cities including Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai. The community today has outreach to 5000+ SaaS focused audiences.

The community is now heading towards expanding its community activities and transforming itself to an Acceleration platform for early SaaS startups.

We are hiring an Entrepreneur in Residence to establish and lead a new recruitment wing focused on connecting GTM focused talent with exciting startup opportunities. In this critical role, you will spearhead recruitment efforts for early to mid-stage startups to enable founders find the right talent and provide access to the talent pool.

This is an opportunity to work closely with the founding team of GTMDialogues community to scale it in the recruitment vertical that we are focusing on. The challenge of finding the right talent is real, and we want to build a practice that can change the landscape of finding the right talent for founders throughout their journey.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Setup a hiring practice in house and develop an operating plan around it.

- Setup strong tools, processes and frameworks around hiring to provide world class experience to the customers.

- Work closely with leadership and founders of startup companies to understand hiring needs and recruit outstanding candidates that fit company culture and mission

- Source, screen, and interview talent for GTM functions for startups.

- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple startups concurrently - from sourcing to negotiation and closing

- Build and implement sourcing strategies to attract passive but interested talent through networks, events, social media, and other channels

- Advise founding teams on designing equitable compensation packages, best practices for interviewing/evaluating candidates, and strategies for recruiting diversity

- Hiring and training a recruitment team for the hiring practice.

Qualifications:

- 2-6+ years experience in talent acquisition, preferably at startups

- Demonstrated ability to source and close candidates

- Previous experiences include having dealt with leadership teams and founders is preferred

- Having worked in GTM functions in a startup looking to venture into building your own.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for the startup ecosystem

- Exceptional communication skills

- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships across stakeholders

- Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments

- This is a role for someone who wants to create lasting impact, not just fill positions. As the name suggests you are building this from the ground up by closely working with the founding team.

- Compensation: The role will have an decent fixed salary but also strong profit sharing from the Hiring Platform's profits.
