Must Have:

1 Considerable experience and well versed with Pharma supply chain and manufacturing processes. Familiarity with business KPIs in the supply chain and manufacturing

2 Proven ability to lead large sales pursuits

3 Good communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to engage, interact and negotiate effectively with Clients and internal team

4 Awareness of industry trends and technology changes

5 Ability to identify processes for automation

Good to Have:

Exposure to RPA and AI Optional in case of new skills / super niche skills

12 years Relevant Years of experience 6-8 years in Supply chain and manufacturing
