ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive business by prospecting, developing and closing opportunities with new and existing partnerships.
- Structure, negotiate, execute and manage contracts with Partners.
- Manage sales profitability and target accomplishments for the Partnerships.
- Keep company leadership apprised of market activity and trends, including new technology that could empower the sales team.
- Manage relationships with high-profile accounts and Corporate decision makers.
- Monitor daily performance of the business, identify and resolve bottlenecks in the system.
- Develop annual roadmaps/strategy with internal stakeholders to drive growth.
- Develop account plans to identify and drive new sales opportunities with partners.
- Initiate process improvement measures to ensure better productivity leading to superior customer experience
- Measure productivity and implement training measures to bridge the gap between actual achievement and the KRAs defined by management
- Understand competitive landscape and market dynamics and provide necessary feedback to internal teams
- Ensure pricing, business process and policies are in organizations best interest
- Manage the loan pipeline process from beginning to end and to ensure the swiftness and accuracy of client's finances.
- Handle partner requirements and complaints and co-ordinate with the support teams/ stakeholders to resolve complaints and manage any escalations.
- Capture root cause analysis and identify escalation triggers- undertake measures to reduce repeated escalations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must be an MBA/Post Graduate or equivalent with excellent communication skills.
- At least 5 years' experience in sales with partner/channel/account management preferably garnered from
another leading financial services firm.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command over English and Hindi languages, with excellent writing skills in
English.
- Proficiency in computer applications, M.S. Outlook and M.S. Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of end to end Loan Processing and Collection function.
PREFERRED Skills
- High level of self drive and enthusiasm with ability to rapidly iterate on approach required with partners
- Proven past success in sales with ability to manage complex sales cycles
- Ability to communicate with Corporate decision makers (senior management) and make presentations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Competitive nature and a will to succeed in a target-driven environment
- Needs comprehensive knowledge about company products and policies as well as those about competition.
