Role and Responsibilities :
- Building strong talent pipelines to satisfy our current as well as future hiring needs.
- Leading our sourcing strategies and developing a network of referred candidates and past applicants for future hires.
- Measuring recruitment metrics for monitoring performance (e.g. time-to-hire, source-of-hire etc.).
- Managing, training, and evaluating our recruiting team.
- Participating in and hosting recruitment events for driving our company's awareness.
- Overseeing the candidate experience (e.g. application process, communications and interviews).
- Forecasting our future hiring needs based on our business growth strategies.
- Implementing offline as well as online employer branding initiatives.
Required Skills :
- At least a master's degree in human resources management or a relevant field
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Director in managing End to End Recruitment cycle for Technology hiring.
- 12+ years of strong experience required on managing IT-Services & technology hiring.
- Well-versed with HRMS ATS, MS Office( MS Excel) and Dashboard preparation & presentation skills.
- Sound knowledge of various sourcing techniques/tools (e.g. professional platforms, social networks).
- Leadership Ability to move and inspire a large team in a unified direction towards a common vision.
- Collaboration Liaise with all teams to create and implement strategies, structure, budget, and vision.
- An approachable individual who can form strong and long-lasting relationships.
- Motivation Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude. Willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
- Data-driven keen interest in evaluating product/market situations, analysing raw data, and transforming it into actionable strategies.
- Good experience required in managing employer branding initiatives.
