What You'll Do:

- Own the product vision and execution strategy for GSN Casino.

- Build and run a world-class team of product managers and data analysts to drive innovation.

- Partner with game design, engineering, art, and production to create a viable and impactful long-term roadmap.

- Direct product teams to execute the roadmap in a scalable manner.

- Work closely with studio leadership to understand the competitive landscape and drive business outcomes.

- Deeply understand the player profile to create impactful experiences which align with the vision.

- Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research to find and address unmet requirements of players.

- Make data-driven decisions to solve the right problems and leverage analytical insights to get buy-in from stakeholders.

- Foster synergistic relationships with central functions such as marketing, business development, etc.

- Drive strategic communications within and without the game studio.

About You:

- 4-6 years of experience in product management in a consumer-tech product company.

- 1-2 years managing a PM team.

- Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Economy, or Business from a top-tier school.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to operate and thrive with partial information and ambiguity and have a track record of building successful teams.

- Strong passion for games and creating fun and compelling user experiences.

- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit.

- A deep understanding of consumer behavior will support product delivery from concept to implementation.

- Ability to understand and talk about technology; have used technology to solve business problems.

- Passion and vision for interactive digital entertainment products, with specific skills in use case scenarios, product management, and performance metrics analysis.

- Great written and oral communication skills.

Bonus Points:

- Previous gaming, start-up, consumer internet, e-commerce experience is a strong plus.
