- Partner with business in delivering technology &amp; digital projects and identifying new opportunities for improvement in business processes through technology interventions. Continuously look for global &amp; regional solutions that can add value to local market needs. - Stakeholder Management - Global/ regional tech team colleagues, business counterparts, external vendors. - Technical advisory - Understand GSKâ€™s global Tech eco system &amp; ways of working and guide business users on adoption of technology solutions. - IT Project delivery - Manage team of external / internal team members for flawless execution of technology initiative. - Exposure to delivery of two or more of the following tech capabilities :- - Web portals and mobile apps - BI and Analytics platforms - RPA - Enterprise applications like ERP, CRM , Ecommerce Educational Background : - Bachelorâ€™s Degree, preferred to be in computer science or related area. - MBA or equivalent masters degree in mandatory. Area of Specialization : - General management / Systems / Operations / Marketing/ Strategy . - This level of education is preferred to understand business well &amp; apply strategic thinking in application of digital and technology. Job-Related Experience Required: â€‹ - Minimum 7-8 years of relevant total work experience in delivery of IT &amp; digital projects with recent 2 years in end to end responsibility of project / programme delivery / Business partnering. - Experience of working as a business analyst for an IT or digital project will be important. - Job role requires managing end of end delivery of multiple projects in parallel, which requires hands-on understanding of technology and project management of such complex IT projects. Other Job-Related Requirements: - Strong written and spoken communication in English - Strategic mindset, clear thinking and good problem-solving skills - Ability to analyze data, build hypotheses and make value propositions for new digital solutions and adopt change - Knowledge of pharma / healthcare sector will be highly valued - Basic understanding of core processes like R2R, P2P, O2C, financial accounting. - Proficient in excel and PowerPoint is required. Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / Qlik / MS Power Apps would be nice to have. - Experience in Agile methodology and software product management would be preferred. - Ability to work across boundaries, cultures and seamlessly collaborate with colleagues around the world.
