Job Title : Key Accounts Manager - Karnataka   Department : Sales   Reports to : National Modern Trade Manager  Location : Bangalore   JOB PURPOSE :   - Responsible to Drive the Key Accounts Business in Karnataka Region for the company.   - Supply Chain Management (setting up systems for order collection, execution, forecasting, Fill rate management etc.)  - Financial Management (overall accountability for collection, credit index, profitability and cost to sales for Karnataka)  - Relationship Management (with stakeholders, both internal and external)  - Category Management with the Karnataka based accounts  Key Responsibilities:  Manage the Business for Karnataka region for all accounts.   Overall responsible for sales for all Accounts in Karnataka.   - Joint Business Planning and Execution with respective accounts  - Drive Sales for all accounts based in Karnataka and deliver the Annual Sales Plans  - Drive Category Management with Accounts based out of Karnataka  - Ensuring stock availability with a high degree of forecasting accuracy  - Ensure fill rates of 95% Plus across Accounts in Karnataka along with the Value Chain team  - Ensuring Distributor Management to drive strong Service levels to all accounts  Deliver the Perfect Punch for NPI / Launches through robust plans:  - New products introduction  - Pack changes  - Price increase  - Consumer promotions and other activities  Behavioral Competencies Required :  - Creating Business Solutions  - Developing People  - Enable and Drive Change  - Influencing skills and Negotiation Skills  - Flexible Thinking  Education & Experience :  Education :  - Post graduate management degree from a renowned university   Experience :  - Minimum of 2 years experience in a reputed FMCG Company in the Key Accounts  Skills :  - Sharp negotiation and influencing skills  - Understanding of the retail environment   - Analytical skills  - Networking and strong orientation towards customer management  - Ability to handle pressure in a dynamic environment  - Ability to handle complex and diverse business situations
