Formulate and execute marketing strategies, create high level of consumer awareness of brand GruBox and achieve projected number of users at POS.  - Create and roll out marketing mixes for product launch and entry strategy to new segments including market research, strategic positioning and branding   - Developing and deploying activation strategies to strengthen product adoption  - Identify new product opportunities and work with product team to come up with winner value proposition for new target segments  - Lead the strategic UX initiatives with insights from analytics team for POS and consumer mobile app  - Lead in designing and deploying digital brand identity including social media, web presence to drive consumer adoption  - To evaluate post launch consumer feedbacks & leverage of the same for product development initiatives  REQUIREMENTS :   1. 6 - 8 years of experience with at-least 2 year in brand management, marketing (2012-14 MBA Batch)  2. Should have experience at core marketing, fmcg, f&b  3. Start up attitude and ability to work on fast paced dynamic environment  4. MBA + Bachelor from tier 1 colleges is a MUST HAVE
