Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage with both passive and active talent through use of multiple channels and methods. Including, but not exclusive to, LinkedIn, Boolean, Social media

- Hand on experience in sourcing from various portals like naukri, instahyre, linkedin, etc.

- Experience in hiring roles like, backend & frontend developers, react native developers, TPM, Android developers, SDET, IT & security Engineers, DevOps Engineer, etc.

- Full lifecycle recruiter who is able to manage the end-end hiring process.

- Conduct detailed candidate screening conversations to qualify prospects for roles.

- Maintain pipeline funnel metrics and KPI's.

- Recommend and drive improvements that impact talent pipelines.

- Promote exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.

- Product based company / ecommerce exp preferred

- Degree in Human Resources or related field

- Experience in sourcing/recruiting technical talent in a corporate or agency environment.

- Experience outbound sourcing for Software Engineers and other tech roles.

- Ability to identify and engage top talent and differentiate talent levels.

- Function in a fast-paced/agile environment and shift focus quickly while working autonomously.

- Passionate about diversity and inclusion.

- Data-driven, results oriented, and self-motivated.
