Investment Banking Senior Associate / Manager

GrowthPal is an early-stage startup, founded by a team from IITs, and IIMs, working in a digital investment banking space. We are a buy side focused M&A lead sourcing partner for corporates that are looking to acquire companies globally. We have worked with 70+ clients and closed multiple deals. We are looking for an Investment Banking associate who is passionate about solving buyers' problems and helping them close deals. Someone who wants to work and grow in a startup culture.

This role is fit for someone who is interested in disrupting the investment banking space with technology and wants to automate M&A for small-mid size deals. Someone who is willing to be a part of the core team and grow the business from 1 to 10 in the next few years

Job Description, include but is not limited to :

1) Own a sector within GrowthPal, and manage all the buy side IB projects within the sector

2) Be responsible for client deliverables (around target sourcing, introduction and delivery cadendances)

3) Be responsible for client's success and renewals

4) Manage the team, upskill them and bring efficiencies in the process (around sourcing, reach outs, and automations)

5) Push deals to the transaction space and close deals

Preferred experience :

1) 2-5 years of work experience in Investment Banking space

2) Have closed a few deals in IT services, technology space

3) Understands integrates of doing transactions

Salary : As per industry standards
