GrowthPal - Investment Banking Analyst/Senior Analyst

GrowthPal is an early-stage startup, founded by a strong and experienced team from IITs, IIMs, and BITS Pilani, working in a digital investment banking space. We are looking for smart individuals who are ready to dirty their shoes and are interested to work in a startup culture. Someone who can learn quickly and wear multiple hats across roles.

Job Description, include but is not limited to :

1) Work with leadership team to manage buy-side and sell-side mandates independently

2) Design business logics to improve our recommendation engine product

3) Develop relationships with sell side companies

4) Also, be open to contribute across teams and provide insights

Preferred experience :

1) 0-3 years of work experience in Investment Banking or venture firms

Salary : As per industry standards + ESOPs
