Head- India B2B Sales
GrowthPal is an early-stage startup, founded by a team from IITs, and IIMs, working in a digital investment banking space. We are a buy side focused M&A target sourcing partner for corporates that are looking to acquire companies globally. We have worked with 80+ clients and closed multiple deals. . We are disrupting deal sourcing via tech, team and network. We are looking to onboard our first sales team member, who can scale our business and bring best practises internally.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Own the Indian territory and generate sales from the Indian market.
2) Own end to end business- from strategizing sales plan to managing sales pipeline to sales closure
3) Manage a small team of BDR, tools and processes, to meet sales pipeline quota
4) Own a few key accounts, meet the ICP and build relationships
5) Attend events in India and build networks
Skills & Requirements:
1) Proven work experience of at least 2 years in selling SaaS/financial products to CFOs, Corp Dev, CEOs and CXOs
2) Excellent clarity in communication
3) Ability to do demos and great presentations using remote online meetings / webinars
4) Ability to quickly build rapport and take deals to closure
5) Consultative approach to successfully close complex sales deals
6) Prior track record of meeting / exceeding quota
